Need to ship or return something?

UPS. We are a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet (ASO). We can ship your packages via UPS to anywhere in the United States, but we do not ship internationally. If you have a UPS prepaid label for either a shipment or a return, you can drop off the package with us and we will hold it for driver pick-up. UPS picks up daily any time after 4:00pm. 


Please note that we do not offer packing services. For liability reasons, we are unable to pack your items for shipping and ask that you either bring your package in fully boxed and taped and ready for shipping, or box it up yourself in our store. We have all packing materials available for your use, either new materials that can be purchased, or used materials for free.

Note on Amazon returns: Amazon often generates a QR Code for your return, but we cannot take these for you. Amazon specifies in the return instructions that you are to take those QR Codes to your nearest “UPS Store”, but we do not have a UPS Store in Grand County. When you begin your return process on Amazon, you can make a specific selection that will give you a prepaid shipping label for your return, which we can take for you. When asked “how will you return your item?”, please skip the default selection of “UPS Store Dropoff No Packaging Required” and instead select “UPS Dropoff Box and Packing Needed”. This will generate a prepaid shipping label that you can print, or that you can share with us for printing. Then bring in your return item along with its original packaging, and we can take it for you. If you do not have the original packaging, we do have packaging materials that you can use to pack your item for return. (For liability reasons, we cannot package your items for you.)


FedEx. We are a FedEx Authorized Ship Center (FASC). We can ship your packages via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground to anywhere in the United States, but we do not ship internationally. If you have a FedEx prepaid label for either a shipment or a return, you can drop off the package with us and we will hold it for driver pick-up. FedEx Express picks up daily at 1:30pm, and FedEx Ground picks up daily at 2:00pm.


Please note that we do not offer packing services. Note on certain store returns:  Certain stores will give you a QR Code that you can take to a FedEx Office for the return shipment, but we cannot take these for you. When working with the store on your return, please ask them for a prepaid shipping label for the return.
